The HKUST Business School is more than just a place to learn; it is dedicated to nurturing students to reach their full potential and preparing them for career success.

Spanning over 60 hectares in the picturesque Clear Water Bay, the HKUST campus offers students a tranquil environment for study and personal growth. Here, students benefit from a full-scale university experience in a serene setting.

On campus, you'll find essential amenities such as banks, medical clinics, a supermarket, postal services, a hair salon, a souvenir shop, and a variety of Asian and Western dining options. Additionally, facilities include a five-story library housing over 700,000 books, periodicals, microfilms, and 300 electronic databases, computer labs, wireless Internet access, a language-learning center, a self-access center with multimedia resources, swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, an athletic track, and a soccer pitch.

A diverse range of amenities is also available to promote extracurricular activities, hobbies, and overall campus life quality. These include conference and meeting rooms, common and quiet study areas, workshops, a darkroom, karaoke and music rooms, and a performance stage.

Public transportation is conveniently accessible, with the city center less than 30 minutes away. HKUST is located near Hang Hau, which features an impressive array of restaurants, shopping malls, major supermarkets, a wet market, and the Tseung Kwan O Public Hospital. Just a ten-minute bus ride from the main campus is Sai Kung, renowned for its seafood restaurants, water sports facilities, including Hong Kong’s major yacht clubs and country parks offering excellent hiking, mountain biking, and camping opportunities.

The Lee Shau Kee Campus, including the Lee Shau Kee Business Building and the Institute for Advanced Study, was built in 2013. Located at the HKUST’s main campus, the Lee Shau Kee Campus occupies about 10 hectares, representing about 15% of the total campus area.

The HKUST Business School is located in this new business building. Students can enjoy state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities and an exclusive area for them to work on group projects or assignments.

The newly opened MSc Learning Hub in Kowloon East is designed to meet the growing needs of our expanding MSc Programs at the HKUST Business School. This cutting-edge, 20,000-sq.ft facility serves as an extension of the Clearwater Bay campus, providing students with a modern environment that promotes dynamic learning experiences. Courses will be offered at both locations, enhancing accessibility and flexibility for our diverse student body.

Our Learning Hub fosters collaboration and innovation through a variety of thoughtfully designed spaces. It features three adaptable classrooms that can accommodate over 300 participants in various configurations, along with a versatile seminar area suited for different formats and group sizes. The open learning area, equipped with lounge-style sofas, encourages relaxed, informal discussions, while the lounge area, inspired by the “Circle of Time” sculpture, creates a strong connection with the HKUST main campus. Together, these facilities offer an enriching environment that supports diverse learning styles and activities, making the MSc Learning Hub a cornerstone of academic excellence at HKUST.
